2010 will see the biggest change to Cub Scouting since the introduction of Program Helps in the 50s – a new way of delivering the Cub Scout program that is handbook based, builds leader confidence (especially new ones), leverages the boy’s fun with advancement activities and has demonstrated improved retention.
